These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the J&B Virtual Solutions website and services, including the ADAM (Assessment. Data. Analytics. Management.) platform and VideoDoc telehealth platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

J&B Virtual Solutions provides software platforms for healthcare organizations, schools, and their end users. Use of our services is subject to applicable laws and the terms set forth herein. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm J&B Virtual Solutions or its users.

2. Information Collection and Use

While using our Site or services, we may collect personally identifiable information including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and usage data. This information is used solely for providing and improving our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and use your information.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

Program Description: J&B Virtual Solutions operates the ADAM (Assessment. Data. Analytics. Management.) platform, which uses automated technology to send SMS notifications to individuals enrolled in program-related notifications and surveys, including health screenings and employee wellness surveys, through contracted schools and healthcare organizations. Messages contain links to browser-based surveys. These messages are informational in nature and are not intended for telemarketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

Consent: Prior to receiving any SMS messages, each recipient (or, for recipients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian) must provide prior express consent to receive automated SMS messages at the mobile telephone number provided. Consent is collected by the recipient’s school or healthcare organization’s intake and enrollment process on behalf of J&B Virtual Solutions. By providing consent, recipients authorize J&B Virtual Solutions to send automated SMS messages containing links to program-related notifications and surveys, including health screenings and employee wellness surveys, from J&B Virtual Solutions on behalf of their enrolled organization. Consent to receive automated SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving any services or benefits.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your organization’s screening schedule.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You may revoke your consent and opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, by contacting us at support@jandbvs.com, or by calling (248) 926-1661. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also contact your school or healthcare organization to request removal from the program.

No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. J&B Virtual Solutions uses mobile phone numbers solely for the purpose of delivering automated SMS messages related to the program-related notifications and surveys for which consent was provided.

4. Email Communications

By providing your email address in connection with our services, you agree to receive operational and service-related communications via email. These may include account notifications, program updates, and support responses. You may opt out of non-essential email communications at any time by contacting support@jandbvs.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials available through J&B Virtual Solutions services, including the ADAM and VideoDoc platforms, are the property of J&B Virtual Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. J&B Virtual Solutions does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J&B Virtual Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
